How can you now keep track of what’s happening with your merchant-fulfilled inventory and sales? Well, let’s look at some of the inventory reports available to you for your merchant-fulfilled inventory and sales. The Active Listings report provides a snapshot of all the products you have listed on Amazon at the time the report is run.
show moreThis report includes all of your product listings, including those with zero quantity. It also provides you with information about the products. Your listings are matched to an Amazon, including the product title and the product ID.
In most cases, the ASIN is returned as the product ID for the listing, but the product ID may also be the industry standard identifier such as the ISBN, UPC, or EAN. The Active Listings report also includes details about each listing, including condition, item note, and BMVD shipping settings.
The report also includes an additional column for the fulfillment channel, Merchant fulfilled, or Amazon fulfilled. The Active Listings Report is a tab-limited file that you can open in any spreadsheet or database program such as Microsoft Access Notepad, or Microsoft Excel. To create the active listings report, select inventory reports from the dropdown menu of the inventory tab on the top menu of seller central.
On the next page, Select active listings report from the select report type drop-down menu provided. Should you wish to customize your report first, click the customize the columns for this report link. Click the request report button.
Your report will appear in the table below with a pending status or a request submitted in the report status field. Once it is ready to be downloaded, the status will change to ready and you will see the download link has become live. Click on this download link and download your report to your computer as needed.
